Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Then, contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Also, contact your bank. Only regular price items can be refunded, but unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (the case for money)

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equal value to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item to offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own expedition fee to return your item. Expedition costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.


Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
